Lisa owns Lisa’s Lentils Health Coaching which empowers you to be your best through nutrition and lifestyle modification and works with you to develop an action plan in order to achieve ultimate health. Lisa is member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and also possess a Master’s Degree in the field of Counseling Psychology. Currently she is student at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
She takes a balanced approach, using different foods to create harmony in the body. Her mission is to educate and assist in planning a healthy nutritional lifestyle that will bring results in overall wellness and happiness.
She works one-on-one clients to create a healthy prescription for life. Areas of emphasis include healthy cooking, nutrition counseling and health coaching.
In addition to Lisa’s Lentils Health Coaching, Lisa works full time at the University of Colorado at Boulder as an Executive Assistant to three high level administrators. She has worked for the University for over 20 years.
As a Colorado native, Lisa has always been interested in health and fitness. Having competed in 5k races, placing 3rd in her age category and a former rock climber, she knows how important it is to have the energy and feel well throughout the day, whether preparing for an athletic competition, a hectic day at work, or spending time with family. Recently, she has incorporated yoga into her daily routine which has provided necessary balance and wellness.
Prior to her current work, Lisa was the Associate Director of the Career Center in the Business School where she developed a successful office helpful to undergraduate students in placing them in rewarding jobs and careers.
As a health coach Lisa wants to help clients develop a healthy relationship with food by developing a personalized program.
