There are great recipes located on my website,  http://www.lisas-lentils.com/recipes-lisa-kippur, or you can simply do a Google search for a recipe using something you’ve got on hand. The other day I did a Google search for recipes using grapefruit, I found a fabulous recipe on www.allrecipes.com which included many items that I had on hand for a Quinoa Salad with Grapefruit, Avocado and Arugula, the items I didn’t have on hand I just didn’t include. Be creative with your meals, they don’t have to be time consuming to be healthy and taste great! If you have children involve them in your practice, this is great “bonding” time as well as teaching time for your family. Cook with your significant other for a great date! Cooking styles include juicing, blending, steaming, boiling, and stir frying.
